Now a days there are so many people who are experience depression.. So i write this to help them atleast on my own little way.. I hope it will you guys..
1. Go to place that has many trees and plants..
Plants and trees will give you the peace and relax mood that you need.. The fresh air and the sound of the wind will make you more relax and stress free..
2. Take a deep breath and think positive..
Think positive will give you positive thoughts about life.. Remember positive mind can give you a positive life..
3. Eat fresh and healthy foods..
Specially now that fast foods are all over and toxic and chemicals are everywhere it is good for us to eat healthy and fresh.. Let's eat fresh vegetables and fruits..
4. Play, have fun and relax..
It's now bad or it's not embarrassing to be a kids or child atleast once in a while.. We still have a kid at are heart even we are grown up now.. Play outside of the street.. Play the games that you play when you are kids it will help you to atleast forget your problems for while..
5. Think the happy moments in your life..
Remember the times when you are happy.. Example when are still a kid.. The times when we just play and play.. The times that we don't care about are surroundings.. All we just do is play with are friends..
Remember god don't give us a problem or trials if he knows that we can't solve it.. Talk to someone it will help you.. And remember guys God is always there for us he will never leave us.. Just believe in him and believe in yourself..
